All quotations:

  • are valid for the period stated on the quotation (unless withdrawn earlier);

  • are subject to site survey where applicable.

A contract is formed only when:

  • you accept our quotation; and

  • we confirm the order and/or receive any required deposit.

5. Pricing

Prices quoted include only the work and products specified.

Additional charges may apply where:

  • site conditions differ from those reasonably expected;

  • structural issues are discovered;

  • additional works are requested.

We will notify you before carrying out additional chargeable work where reasonably possible.

6. Deposits and Payment

Where a deposit is required:

  • manufacture or ordering of goods may not begin until the deposit is received.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • balance payment is due upon completion of installation.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable UK law.

7. Lead Times and Delivery

Lead times are estimates only.

Manufacturing or installation dates may vary due to:

  • supplier delays

  • manufacturing schedules

  • weather conditions

  • factors outside our reasonable control.

We will keep customers informed where delays occur.

8. Site Survey and Measurements

Customer-provided measurements are treated as provisional.

Final measurements taken during site survey may override earlier dimensions.

If revised measurements require product changes:

  • price adjustments may apply.

9. Access and Site Conditions

Customers must ensure:

  • safe and reasonable access to the installation area;

  • adequate structural suitability for installation;

  • suitable electrical supply where automation is included.

Additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions may incur additional charges.

10. Structural and Building Conditions

We are not responsible for:

  • existing structural defects,

  • hidden building issues,

  • non-standard construction that prevents standard installation methods.

Where such issues arise, we will advise on available options.

11. Colours, Finishes and Product Appearance

Colours displayed online, in brochures or digital media are indicative only.

Variations may occur due to:

  • manufacturing processes,

  • lighting conditions,

  • screen display differences.

RAL and custom colours cannot be guaranteed to match existing structures exactly.

12. Installation and Safety

All installations are carried out in accordance with relevant UK safety standards where applicable.

Customers are responsible for:

  • safe operation after installation,

  • routine maintenance,

  • ensuring users understand safe use of automated doors.

13. Electrical Connections

Standard electrical connection may be included where specified.

Complex electrical works, upgrades or additional wiring are excluded unless agreed in writing.

14. Removal and Disposal of Existing Doors

Removal or disposal of existing garage doors is included only where stated on the quotation.

15. Cancellation Rights

Where applicable under UK consumer legislation:

  • customers may have cancellation rights for distance or off-premises contracts.

However, cancellation rights may not apply once manufacture has begun for:

  • bespoke,

  • customised,

  • or made-to-measure products.

Full details will be provided at the time of ordering.

16. Warranty

Products may carry manufacturer warranties separate from our installation warranty.

Warranty exclusions may include:

  • misuse,

  • accidental damage,

  • lack of maintenance,

  • unauthorised modification or repair.

Warranty details will be provided at completion.

17. Retention of Title

All goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

Changes apply to future website use and orders placed after updates are published.

20. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
